Select a protein database

Click database tab. From 'Select a fasta database' dropdown menu, select a fasta file to search.

Enzyme

Click the enzyme dropdown menu to select an enzyme. Users can also select custom and specify the cleavage sites and restrictions. Select the range of peptide length and internal mis-cleavage. By default, it searches both ends unless the semi-enzymatic option is selected.

Note: The novel no-enzyme search algorithm in SagePro was developed offline. We are integrating it into the platform.
