Modificaitons

Users can select static and variable (differential) modifications. By default, Carbamidomethyl on Cysteine is set as a static modification, and Oxidation on Methionine as a variable modification.

To add a custom modification, click the 'Add custom modification' button

Note that target residues contain special characters for terminus modifications, as shown below.
