Tolerance

Users can add tolerance and additional options on this page.

By default, SagePro searches high-resolution closed search. There are also options for low-resolution closed search and high-resolution open search.

The mass tolerance unit offers options for ppm and Da for both precursor and fragment ions. It also provides chimeric search and wide-window DIA search options.
